Bob is a qualified solicitor and joint Managing Director, practicing in East Yorkshire since 1991. He is a panel member of Court Appointed Deputies (formerly Recievers) for the Court of Protection taking care of clients who due to mental deficiency are no longer able to take care of their own affairs. Bob is also a litigation member of APIL, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, specialising in children and severe brain injuries. He is also Clerk to the General Commissioners of Income Tax, an independent tribunal hearing appeals against decisions of H.M. Revenue and Customs. And, finally... he is an experienced yachtsman, sailing instructor and jolly good fellow!!

Deborah was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in November 2006, after having passed her exams in 2004, and she has since worked as a fee earner for the firm. Deborah specialises in Court of Protection work including registering lasting powers of attorney, wills and probate and general litigation matters (including debt matters and landlord & tenant problems).
