All properties marketed for sale from 14 December 2007 in England and Wales have needed a Home Information Pack.

You may be unsure what a Home Information Pack is, or what it contains. But don.t worry as one of our team will be pleased to offer personal guidance and support, which is relevant to your own situation.

In addition to undertaking standard searches and preparing the necessary sale documentation, we can provide a complete service which includes the preparation of your HIP.

Your Home Information Pack will contain:

An energy performance certificate.

Presently a Home Condition Report is not required, but this may be necessary in the future.
